Severe violations (match fixing, hate speech, real-world threats) may result in immediate permanent ban regardless of prior history. PredictX may also report violations to law enforcement where appropriate.
7. Reporting Violations
If you witness a violation of these guidelines:
- Use the in-app Report button on the offending content
- For urgent issues, contact report@thepredictx.com
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We take false reporting seriously — repeated frivolous reports may result in enforcement action against the reporter.
8. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting appeals@thepredictx.com within 14 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the original reviewer. We aim to resolve appeals within 7 business days.
9. Updates to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance.
