PredictX Technologies Private Limited ("PredictX," "we," "us," "our") is committed to providing a fair, transparent platform and to resolving user concerns promptly. This page describes how to raise a grievance, what happens after you raise one, and who is accountable for resolving it — in compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
1. What This Page Covers
You can raise a grievance about:
- Content, comments, or user conduct on the Platform (moderation decisions, offensive content, impersonation, harassment).
- A prediction market's resolution or a payout you believe was calculated incorrectly (see also Prediction Rules §7 — Disputes).
- Handling of your personal data — access, correction, erasure, or consent-related concerns (see also Privacy Policy §6).
- Account actions taken against you (suspension, termination, self-exclusion disputes).
- Any other violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
2. Designated Grievance Officer
In accordance with Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules, 2021, and Section 13 of the DPDP Act, 2023, the following person is designated as PredictX's Grievance Officer:

3. How to File a Grievance
Email grievance@thepredictx.com with:
- Your registered phone number or username (so we can locate your account).
- A clear description of the issue, including the market ID, content link, or transaction reference if applicable.
- Any supporting screenshots or evidence.
- What resolution you're seeking.
You may also reach us through the in-app support flow, which routes directly to the same queue.
4. Resolution Timelines

5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with how your grievance was handled:
- Data-protection matters may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India once constituted under the DPDP Act, 2023.
- Content/conduct matters may be escalated to the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted under the IT Rules, 2021, where applicable.
- You retain the right to pursue any other legal remedy available to you under Indian law.
